Release Series II 2024

“Das Essen war der Rahmen, der Moment das Bild”

This collection, inspired by a quote from Sten Nadolny’s The Discovery of Slowness, invites you to slow down and savor the richness of the everyday. It’s a journey through the beauty of simple objects, capturing the fleeting moments that make life so meaningful. With bold contrasts, dynamic textures, and layered compositions, each piece offers a fresh perspective, encouraging you to engage with the world around you in new ways.

Between Bites and Blurs

Anna Pascher presented her solo exhibition "Between Bites and Blurs" at the KMB Showroom in Berlin. April 2024.

In this series, Anna Pascher delves into the intricate interplay of confusion and clarity within her art, while also challenging traditional perceptions of still lifes. Through her series "Between Bites and Blurs," she explores the essence of the in-between, navigating the contrasts of 'confusion' versus 'clarity' and 'reality' versus 'fantasy'. Inspired by both digital "blurs" and physical "bites", this exploration evolves from table scenes, gradually revealing heightened levels of abstraction and surrealism. In the contemplation of still life, the engagement of artificial intelligence and collage techniques has played a significant role.

DIBBERN
Collaboration

Anna Pascher collaborated with DIBBERN to create the tableware series "BRASSERIE". The debut showcase of the series took place at the AMBIENTE in Frankfurt am Main. The series will be available in retail starting from April 2024.

This collection does not only combine exquisite porcelain craftsmanship and contemporary art but also weaves in nostalgic elements from Pascher's personal life. Porcelain holds a special significance for Pascher, as it connects her to her grandmother who painted and fired porcelain herself. Given that Pascher's own career began shortly after her grandmother's passing, the series stands as a personal achievement on various levels.
